This is the first plate from our afternoon tea–style lunch, served on a particular day.
We’re often asked, “How often do you change the menu?” Our usual answer is, “Roughly every season.”
Our menu consists of over 12 dishes, each accompanied by its own sauce and garnishes, many of which rely on seasonal ingredients. Because of this, it’s difficult to change the entire menu all at once. Instead, we make gradual adjustments over time, allowing the offerings to evolve like a gentle gradient.
While some dishes are considered our classics or specialties, we hope you’ll visit us throughout the seasons to enjoy the variety in our menu that reflects the time of year.
