Flan de Chocolate of Pear

A featured dish from our Afternoon Tea-style lunch.

The glass dessert is composed of pear compote, chocolate flan, ganache, pear espuma, and a blood orange tuile.

I created this dessert to highlight the gentle bitterness of couverture chocolate and the refined sweetness of pear.

*Please note that, starting in 2026, the price of our lunch course will be revised to ¥5,500 (tax and service charge included).
