Tomorrow, August 8th, marks one year since we opened tridor.
It may be a bit of a common phrase, but the past year really flew by.
Outside of our regular service hours, we spent most of our time preparing for dinner.
As a result, we ended up relying almost entirely on word of mouth and our customers’ posts on social media to spread the word.
To everyone who visited us over the past year—we want to express our heartfelt thanks once again.
Thank you so much!
Thanks to all that effort, we’re finally ready to start serving dinner.
We had originally planned to launch it back in December last year—so yes, we’re about eight months behind schedule…
But honestly, I think I needed that time, so I’m at peace with it.
Dinner will be available under the following conditions:
– Weekends only (Saturdays and Sundays)
– One private group per evening, for 2 to 6 guests
– A full-course menu priced at ¥16,500 per person (including tax and service charge)
Just like our lunch service, dinner is by reservation only, with bookings required at least two days in advance.
You can make a reservation here.
Our dinner menu is rooted in Spanish cuisine, using as many locally sourced ingredients from Seto as possible.
Through these dishes, we hope to offer an experience that truly reflects our concept: finding joy in the act of eating.
We would also be delighted if you take a moment to enjoy the handmade tableware I created myself.
We sincerely look forward to welcoming you.
