Thank you very much to all our guests who visited us this year.
In August, one year after opening, we were finally able to begin offering dinner service, and we have been delighted to see the number of guests enjoying our dinners gradually increase.
Although I am still learning, it brings me great joy to know that you are enjoying the tableware I created specifically for dinner, together with the dishes themselves.
In 2026, I hope to continue refining both my cooking and my ceramics, and I would be truly grateful to welcome many of you again in the year ahead.
