Information on Changing the Number of Guests or Cancelling Your Reservation

If you wish to change the number of guests or cancel your reservation, please do so by 12:00 noon on the day before your scheduled appointment.
Please note that we may not be able to accommodate an increase in the number of guests due to seating limitations.

Please note that if you reduce the number of guests or cancel after 12:00 noon on the day before your reservation, a cancellation fee may apply as outlined below.
<50% of the reserved lunch or dinner amount>
In the case of a no-show, <100% of the reserved lunch or dinner amount> will be charged.
Cancellation fees will be collected via bank transfer.
*Please note that bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.
<<Regarding late arrivals>>
If you expect to arrive more than 15 minutes late for your reservation, we would appreciate it if you could contact us in advance.
