This is the 1st plate of our Afternoon Tea Lunch on a particular day.
We update the menu seasonally (though minor changes, such as swapping certain ingredients or sauces based on market availability, are made from time to time).
Since we offer a total of 12 dishes (including desserts) spread across the 1st through 3rd plates, we don’t change everything all at once on a specific date. Instead, we transition them gradually like a color gradation, so that the entire menu shifts over the course of about three months.
